Cheeses:

1. Västerbottensost – a typical Swedish Cheese that would be eaten in bun with the burger.
2. Hushållsost – translates to ‘household’ cheese but is mild and creamy cheese which can be eaten with the hamburger as the contrast in flavours work very well together.

Restaurant Chain: Max Burgers are Sweden’s biggest and most famous Burger restaurants based in Stockholm.  They serve potato gratin as well as apple and bean salads with their burgers.

The Swedish will also eat foods with their burger or in the bun that is similar to the American and British cuisines, such as:
